Returns and Exchanges If your item arrives damaged in the mail, it will be remade for you free of charge. You must send back the damaged item before we make a new one. If your chain breaks we will re-bead it at no cost within 30 days. After 30 days it will be a £10 charge. If the pinback or earring back falls off we will fix it at no cost within 30 days. After 30 days it will be a £5 charge. We offer paint touch ups. One color touch ups are £10. If your piece is multi colored and you’d like a touchup, please contact us. Custom pieces cannot be refunded after the final design has been approved and the item has been sent to you. Please make sure you check spelling sizes and colours. Please note all pieces are hand-made and may be slightly different from one another. |
